Dissecting Whiteness

In a vision towards racial justice…

In a country split at the seams by racial conflict, the need for change is knocking down many of our doors.  Organizations are imploding, teachers and schools are scrambling to integrate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) while being challenged by the communities of color they serve, and leaders are publicly saying the wrong thing; often without mal intent but with very real harmful impact. Conflict between white people and people of color in workplaces and in the community are popping up on social media, in zoom rooms, email threads and more recently in Clubhouse rooms.  As a nation, we are being asked to make drastic changes. People have been knocking at the doors of change for hundreds of years. It is time to open the door and face into this difficult task of ending racism.

We dissect whiteness and white culture and support a collective shift towards accountability, integrity and love.
