Dissecting Whiteness visions a world where the wounds of racial harm have been healed in everyone; where humanity has learned to appreciate and respect difference, honors diversity and culture and cares more about each other than about greed and inflating the ego. We believe in transformative justice and the potentiality of people to heal, to change harmful behavior and to build systems of true accountability and repair.

Dissecting Whiteness is an on-line educational platform and consulting business.  It holds space for the written word and for educational and generative video projects and resources.  Founder, Kusum Crimmel, manages the project and works with other collaborators, facilitators, artists and powerful change agents, each with their own particular flair, knowledge and style of bringing healing and transformation to the world.
