The Urban Mindfulness Summit is for people who believe in people and endeavor to create a world that works for everyone. We are coming together as socially conscious folks to re-connect to and celebrate our purpose, rejuvenate our faith in humanity and each other and engage in practical mindfulness. Through music, creative expression, hands-on activities and guided interactive dialogue, we will leave inspired to continue in the service of a just and equitable society.
This is event is for solo-preneurs, social workers, mental health workers, spiritual leaders, healers, people who work in s.t.e.a.m., community activists, people who work in health care, educators and anyone else who cares about and works in the service of people. Kusum was one of the presenters with a talk on accountability, values, and facing into pain as a way to clean it and alchemize it into something else.
